1. Not Medical Advice
AI Health Insights is a wellness and informational tool. It is not a medical device, and nothing it shows is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Insights, trends, and goal projections are generated from your HealthKit data using statistical and machine-learning models that can be wrong.
- Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about medications, treatments, exercise programs, or diet — especially if you have an existing medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking prescription medication.
- If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the app. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Your Apple ID and Device
You are responsible for:
- The Apple ID associated with your subscription.
- The security of your device and Face ID / Touch ID / passcode.
- All activity that occurs under your Apple ID within the app.
4. Subscriptions and Free Trial
The app offers an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks Premium features. By starting a subscription you agree to:
- Billing through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
- Managing your subscription. Manage and cancel anytime in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iOS device.
- Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms. We cannot process refunds directly.
- Free trials. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Subscription prices, durations, and included features are shown in the app before purchase.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app's source code, except where this is expressly permitted by law.
- Use the app to harass, harm, or impersonate any person.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any backend service, account, or device.
- Use automated tools to interact with the app in a way that could degrade service for others.
6. Health Data Accuracy
The app displays values it receives from HealthKit, the device's sensors, and connected accessories (such as Apple Watch). We do not independently verify those values. Sensor inaccuracy, missed samples, or third-party app errors may cause incorrect readings. Do not rely on the app alone for clinical decisions.
7. Intellectual Property
The app, its design system, source code, and AI insight content are owned by the app's developer and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.
Your HealthKit data and personal content remain your property.
8. Third-Party Services
The app integrates with services provided by Apple (HealthKit, iCloud, StoreKit) and Google (Firebase Crashlytics and Analytics). Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
9. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AND (B) USD $20.
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so the above may not apply to you.
11. Termination
You may stop using the app and delete it at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or use the app in a way that risks harm to others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law) will survive.
12. Changes to the App and Terms
We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We may also update these Terms to reflect new features, changes in law, or operational needs. The effective date above will change with each revision. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
14. Apple-Specific Terms (EULA)
These Terms are concluded between you and the developer only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. In the event of any failure to conform to applicable warranties, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
